Many people may not be aware but sadly my mum passed away on the 2nd of December 2017 following a 2 year battle with cancer. The last few weeks of her life were spent at St Elizabeth Hospice where the care, love and respect shown to my beautiful mum by both the staff and the volunteers was simply awe-inspiring. As a family we cannot thank them enough for everything they did for all of us and I hope that by completing the Midnight Walk and the kind donations made will go a little way in helping other families faced with a similar situation find the care and support they need through the incredible services offered by St Elizabeth Hospice.
